My Coaching Philosophy

My job as your coach is to listen intently, notice, and sometimes say the hard things.  I make sure you possess the confidence and resources to be successful without me and will help you think out loud to understand yourself better – a process that never ends for any of us.

What we will do:

Develop a plan and work through ideas to improve on some combination of the following leadership skills: problem solving, decision making, emotional intelligence, time management, team management, and more.

Who this is for:

Leaders at any point in their journey.

Minimum time requirement:

6+ sessions on a biweekly or monthly basis.
