When asked to facilitate a retreat, I consider it first a privilege. You’re inviting me into your team – full of individuals with ambitions and ideas and past experiences – and into your organization – one that I assume is seeking to make the world better in some way. So I start by asking the leader lots of questions – questions about where the team and organization are right now, and where they hope to be in the future. This allows for me to customize each retreat based on the organization’s needs and leadership team’s needs. From there, we can determine together the best approach.

Team Development & Engagement

What we will do:

Develop trust, practice productive and healthy debate, and decide what is most important right now to our team and organization through conversations and activities. Identify areas for improvement as individuals and teams.

Who this is for:

For newly formed teams and teams with recently added members, of 2-8 individuals.

Minimum time requirement:

2 days

What we will do:

We will work together to answer questions like: Who are we, really? What gives life to our organization? What matters to us as we live and work together? What are our most ambitious goals?

For organizations seeking organizational clarity around their mission, core values, vision, and strategy.
